考研調劑如何做好自我介紹

3分鐘左右的自我介紹要重點準備。基本上每個院校每個專業的口試中都會涉及這一方面。自我介紹時思路要清楚，突出重點，口語要自然流暢。考官其實是要借此了解你的口頭表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些信息，可以精心設計一下自我介紹，也可以借鑒網上的范文，但一定要結合自身情況進行修改，凸顯出自己的特色。
1) 我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入，例如：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here. 然后就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。
2) 自我介紹的主體內容
① 姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。
② 年齡，年齡可說可不說，可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)，也可以加上家鄉和家庭的介紹。
③ 原來的.院校、專業：一定要把原來學校或公司的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的英文名稱弄明白。
④ 性格、能力，可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。以下是可供選擇的形容詞：carefully，detail-oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、Aggressive、adaptable、amicable等等。
在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.
⑤ 愛好，一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義。
⑥ 你對報考的專業有興趣，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響。
在自我介紹完后，可以說下對未來的規劃包括學習規劃(研究生以后的方向)和人生規劃(短期及長期)。下面我們提供一個模板以供參考：

研究生復試自我介紹分為中文和英文自我介紹兩種，中文介紹各個學校的時間不等，但基本在3分鐘左右，英文介紹比較簡單，1分鐘左右就可以。自我介紹需要依次介紹自己的基本信息，學術學業情況，生活和學習的經歷，參加過哪些社會活動，獲得過何種表彰，發表過哪些論文，為什么想考研，讀研的目的，興趣愛好等，最后記得加上感謝語。

(二)各個擊破：
1.表明身份：只要介紹好自己的姓名，年齡，原來的院校、專業即可。注意發音要準，吐字要清晰。
2.概括自己的實踐經歷和學術學業情況：此部分老師看中的是考生從這些實踐經歷中獲得的收獲，對以后學業的幫助，并不僅僅是經歷本身。
(三)概括自己的特點：
此部分用簡短的話概括自己的特點，如，性格，愛好等，不要太夸張，也不要太羅嗦，并且體現這些特點對自己身心的提升能力。
通過自我介紹要向老師展現你自己的優點在哪里，考生為何適合這個專業，切勿提與所報考專業無關的優點，注意要向老師展現你的邏輯感，要傳遞出一種積極向上，自信陽光的感覺。
